One of the causes of sexual behavior problems in children is unhealthy sexual, emotional, and physical boundaries in the home environment. Other psycho-social difficulties that may cause the display of sexualized  behaviors in children are: Physical  abuse Neglect Family violence, etc. Harmful sexual behavior include: Using sexually explicit words and phrases. Inappropriate touching. Using sexual violence or threats. Full penetrative sex with other children or adults.
